IMPLEMENTATION

Project Objective: | Ensuring achievement of main success factors in designed schedule during implementation phase. |
Project Content: | Participation in team with all departments involved to plan, prepare and monitor the implementation of the new schedule and all conditions for implementation. |
Results: | Successful implementation, higher fleet utilization did not cause a reduction of on time performance, larger than expected results despite growth of 40% in two years time. |
FLIGHT ACADEMY PLANNING

Project Objective: | Streamline planning of pilot training at KLM's Flight Academy in Eelde. |
Project Content: | Analysis of process flow and system support. Evaluation with company team, inventory of alternatives. |
Results: | Recommendation on possibilities to streamline the process and improve tracking of the progress of each student. |
